Stanley Zamor has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 2000. He is certified in Circuit Civil/County and Family Court for the State of Florida and is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) Expert. Mr. Zamor is a private mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Trainer with a multi-disciplinary ADR practice. He founded Effective Mediation Consultants, LLC on the belief that everyone has the ability to take control of their own destiny; and with skilled assistance, they can be empowered to respond to the “elephant in the room” and craft their own resolution. Conflicts are inevitable, and facilitating skillful solutions is an art. Stanley Zamor has been doing ONLINE mediation for over ten years and is very effective in person as well as through online ODR (online dispute resolution) platforms.
Mr. Zamor is also a qualified arbitrator for Circuit Court, as well as FINRA ( the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.). Mr. Zamor is a strong Evaluative Mediator with a Transformative approach and is an expert at getting parties to the table. He implements a unique hybrid of conflict resolution styles which contributes to his high settlement rate. He has a keen ability to manage high-conflict personalities/complex legal issues, while assisting participants in achieving mutually beneficial consensus.
